Reviews

So EXCELLENT

"The design of this laundry caddie is excellent, but then all the other aspects of this product are as well. The quality is exceptional. Yes, I paid a bit more, but I love the fact that it is an American manufacturer."

Quality Products

"I personally don’t mind paying a little more to get quality and made in USA. The caddie works great for gathering laundry for a week (2 people). My household liked the first one so much we ordered another. These things make transporting dirty laundry a breeze. I do have a few minor things I’d like to bring up. The castors, while durable, are a little noisy but I’m not sure how that can be improved on. Also, I pay very close attention to details and noticed (between two caddies)the white stitching where the Steele logo is stamped is on opposite sides. I mean the white vertical stitching is on the side where the logo is but it is not on the same side on the second caddie I ordered. Probably something most people wouldn’t notice. Not a deal breaker I just like to have things the same."

— Hector (5/5)

Mixed feelings

"I have mixed thoughts. The casters keep coming loose while I push the caddy, once causing me to trip. I assembled the caddy following the instructions diligently. Second, I wish I knew beforehand that the canvas laundry bag is not removable, and thus can't be laundered. I frequently have soiled clothes from gardening, and have noticed dirt and grime accumulating on the canvas bag already after only 2 months of use."

— Philip (3/5)

This caddie is extremely sturdy

"This caddie is extremely sturdy and holds a lot of laundry. It is perfect for doing laundry in an apartment building with a shared laundry room - the wheels make it much easier to move around than a regular basket."

— Sarah M. (5/5)

The perfect laundry tool

"The perpenant bag caddie makes the chore of laundry so much easier. Plus the retro look of the caddie addsna nice touch in its environment"

— Juan S. (5/5)

"Incredible craftsmanship. Very high quality and feels very durable. Plus it looks great. 10/10 wish I needed more hampers so I can just buy more of them."

— Justin (5/5)

"Sturdy! High quality! I can tell its going to last a long long time. Very happy with my decision to buy, worth the price."

Q&A

Can you put wet clothes in the canvas caddie or do you have one that's waterproof?
Hi Joanne, We offer moisture resistant liners that fit this Caddie. Without it, the natural canvas that we use can be damaged by wet clothing over time. Thanks, SCB
How much assembly is a part of this purchase? Meaning, how much of it is already set up and how much of it do I need to set up myself?
Hi Lindsay, You'll just need to attach the casters. We have a visual guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1aqj6SWhu0 Best, SCB
Hi there, if one were to buy a total of 4 separate caddies with frames, how much space do you recommend under a counter to fit them in so that each one can be pulled out separately with ease?
Hi Whitney, These caddies are 13" wide each so 52" total. I'd imagine you'd want 56-60" so they fit well but still have some room to move under your counter. Thanks, SCB
Hello are the casters on this product considered non-marking? Also will it roll smoothly on carpet? Permanent Style Bag Caddie Casters Thanks Dean
Hi Dean, Yes, these are non-marking TPR casters. They should roll well but some customers prefer the 3" casters on carpet for a smoother roll. Thanks, SCB
Can I create a caddie system with caddies that have different sized casters?
Hi Norma, we recommend using caddies with the same size casters. The difference in height may compromise the coupling bar that connects the caddies.
